Trimmed and quartered

Worcestershire sauce

Smoked Paprika

Instructions
Marinade
Throw brisket in a large bowl with Worcestershire sauce, paprika, mustard, chili & 2 tablespoons of oil. Marinate for 30 mins at room temp
Salt the brisket
Saute
Preheat pressure cooker on saute (More), add remaining oil
Brown the beef (Might have to do in batches) and set aside, careful here as the marinade can burn very easily
Throw in onion & garlic, saute until soft
Pressure cook
Return the beef to the pressure cooker
Add lager, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar & brown sugar
Cook on high pressure, 90 mins, 10 min natural release
Finshing up
Move beef to a baking tray, slice once it's cool enough
Set pressure cooker to Saute (Normal) and add beef back to the juices
Simmer for 15-20 mins
Serve on burger buns
