Vanilla essence
Instructions
Boil up water and add the jelly powder, set to the side and let it cool down.
Meanwhile, add cream to a bowl and whisk it to soft peaks.
In a separate bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla and erythitol.
Mix in the whipped cream.
Add the jelly mix and mix well with a whisk.
Set in the fridge for a few hours to set.
