Instructions
Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.
Mix cream, ginger, garlic, corriander, nutmeg, turmeric, salt, pepper and cheese together.
Cover chicken in the mix, allow to marinate for 30 mins.
Skewer the chicken (Or leave loose if preferred)
Pan fry the chicken until cooked through.
Drizzle lime juice over it and serve.
