Mix paprika, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper & oregano.
Add spice mix to pork stock, along with honey, molasses, Worcester sauce & apple cider vinegar.
Set pressure cooker to Saute & once hot throw in your pork mince.
Saute until cooked through, drain any fat/oil and set aside in a bowl.
Return the pressure cooker to the heat, add onions, peppers & garlic/ginger mix. Saute until fragrant.
Add pork mince back to the pressure cooker, add in your stock mix, chopped tomato & tomato paste. Mix well.
Pressure cook, high pressure for 15 mins. Quick release.
Remove lid, put into saute mode. Add cornflour & water mix to thicken (If needed).
Spoon onto rolls, top with cheese and place under broiler until cheese melts. Serve.
