Ingredients

  • 100 g Mozzarella Grated
  • 40 g Parmesan Grated
  • 1 Large Egg

Instructions

  • Pre-heat your oven to 175C.
  • Combine all ingredients and any seasonings you want to add.
  • Place into piles (For buns) or one big pile (For pizza base) on a nonstick baking sheet (Silicone or parchment) and flatten slightly.
  • Bake, 15-20 mins at 175C.
