Crack Chicken

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast
- 250 ml Chicken stock
- 170 g Cream cheese Cubed
- 100 g Bacon Cooked & chopped up
- 100 g Cheddar cheese Grated
Ranch Mix
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Dill
- 1/2 tsp Chives
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Parsley
Instructions
- Put your chicken in your pressure cooker, throw in the stock, cream cheese and ranch ingredients.
- Cook, high pressure for 12 minutes.
- Quick release, remove the chicken and shred it with a fork.
- Give the sauce that's left a good mix.
- Add the shredded chicken back to the sauce.
- Sprinkle the cheese and bacon bits over, add the lid back on for a few mins to melt up the cheese.
- Serve.
Very good recipe. Cook some rice or pasta to go with it.
