Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 250 ml Chicken stock
  • 170 g Cream cheese Cubed
  • 100 g Bacon Cooked & chopped up
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese Grated

Ranch Mix

  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 tsp Dill
  • 1/2 tsp Chives
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Parsley

Instructions

  • Put your chicken in your pressure cooker, throw in the stock, cream cheese and ranch ingredients.
  • Cook, high pressure for 12 minutes.
  • Quick release, remove the chicken and shred it with a fork.
  • Give the sauce that's left a good mix.
  • Add the shredded chicken back to the sauce.
  • Sprinkle the cheese and bacon bits over, add the lid back on for a few mins to melt up the cheese.
  • Serve.
