Sloppy BBQ Pork Sarnie

Ingredients
- 600 g Pork Mince
- 1 can Chopped Tomatoes
- 3 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 200 ml Pork Stock
- 1 small Onion Diced
- 1 Pepper Diced
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 3 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Molasses
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 100 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Worcester Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Hot Sauce
- 200 g Cheddar Cheese Grated
- 4 large Bread baps Or rolls
- 2 tsp Garlic & Ginger mix
- 2 tsp Corn Flour
- 30 ml Water To mix with Corn flour
Instructions
- Mix paprika, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper & oregano.
- Add spice mix to pork stock, along with honey, molasses, Worcester sauce & apple cider vinegar.
- Set pressure cooker to Saute & once hot throw in your pork mince.
- Saute until cooked through, drain any fat/oil and set aside in a bowl.
- Return the pressure cooker to the heat, add onions, peppers & garlic/ginger mix. Saute until fragrant.
- Add pork mince back to the pressure cooker, add in your stock mix, chopped tomato & tomato paste. Mix well.
- Pressure cook, high pressure for 15 mins. Quick release.
- Remove lid, put into saute mode. Add cornflour & water mix to thicken (If needed).
- Spoon onto rolls, top with cheese and place under broiler until cheese melts. Serve.
