Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast
  • 30 g Onion Diced
  • 1 tsp Butter To fry onions in
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper Ground
  • 2 tsp Coriander Dried
  • 2 tsp Cumin Ground
  • 1.5 tsp Paprika Ground
  • 0.5 tsp Cardamon Ground
  • 0.25 tsp Nutmeg Ground
  • 0.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper Ground
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Minced
  • 20 g Tomato Paste
  • 200 ml Double Cream

Instructions

  • Heat your pan, medium heat and add your butter.
  • Once melted add diced onion.
  • Cook onions until translucent and just starting to brown.
  • Add cayenne, coriander, paprika, cardamon, nutmeg and cumin, stir constantly for about 2 mins to allow the spices to toast.
  • Add chicken, salt & black pepper.
  • Cook chicken through over medium heat.
  • Add your ginger, tomato paste and cream, stir well.
  • Bring to a simmer and turn heat to low, stir occasionally.
  • Once sauce has thickened to your liking, season with salt & pepper.
  • Serve with rice of your choosing.
