Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Thighs Boneless
  • 30 g Cheese Cheddar
  • 50 ml Double Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Minced
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • Fresh Coriander

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.
  • Mix cream, ginger, garlic, corriander, nutmeg, turmeric, salt, pepper and cheese together.
  • Cover chicken in the mix, allow to marinate for 30 mins.
  • Skewer the chicken (Or leave loose if preferred)
  • Pan fry the chicken until cooked through.
  • Drizzle lime juice over it and serve.
