Fried Creamy Cabbage & Bacon

Ingredients
- 200 g Cabbage
- 100 g Marscapone
- 50 g Bacon Chopped
- 1 tsp Butter
- Salt To taste
- Black Pepper To taste
Instructions
- Boil cabbage in salted water until tender.
- Drain cabbage and set aside.
- Add bacon to pan and fry until cooked through (With a teaspoon of oil if required).
- Return cabbage to pan and fry for 3-5 mins.
- Add butter, salt & pepper, stir well.
- Add marscapone, mix well over a medium heat until creamy.
- Allow to thicken slightly (2-5 mins).
- Serve.
