Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs Medium
  • 1 tbsp Double cream
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 0.5 tsp Basil
  • 0.5 tsp Parsley
  • 0.5 tsp Chives
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan Grated
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat grill/broiler to ~200C.
  • Crack eggs into a bowl, set aside.
  • Mix herbs, salt, pepper, paprika & parmesan together, set aside.
  • Put your butter & cream into a small baking dish and put under the broiler.
  • Let it heat up for 4-5 mins, until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
  • Remove from oven, quickly but carefully add your eggs.
  • Sprinkle the herb mixture over the top.
  • Put back under the broiler.
  • Cook for ~5 mins until whites have set.
  • Remove, allow to stand for a minute and serve.
