Shirred Eggs

Ingredients
- 3 Eggs Medium
- 1 tbsp Double cream
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 0.5 tsp Basil
- 0.5 tsp Parsley
- 0.5 tsp Chives
- 1 tbsp Parmesan Grated
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat grill/broiler to ~200C.
- Crack eggs into a bowl, set aside.
- Mix herbs, salt, pepper, paprika & parmesan together, set aside.
- Put your butter & cream into a small baking dish and put under the broiler.
- Let it heat up for 4-5 mins, until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
- Remove from oven, quickly but carefully add your eggs.
- Sprinkle the herb mixture over the top.
- Put back under the broiler.
- Cook for ~5 mins until whites have set.
- Remove, allow to stand for a minute and serve.
