Keto Mongolian Beef

Ingredients
- 3/4 tsp Xanthan gum
- 70 ml Olive oil
- 700 g Broccoli florets
- 1 kg Beef Thin strips
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 3 Cloves of garlic Minced
- 3 tsp Ginger paste
- 125 ml Soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Erythritol brown sugar
- 3 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
- 5 Spring onions
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Dissolve xanthan gum in 2 tsp olive oil, set aside.
- Steam broccoli until crisp-tender, set aside.
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1/4 cup olive in a large skillet over medium-high heat until pan is hot.
- Cook beef until brown, ~2 mins per side, set aside.
- Saute garlic until fragrant ~1-2 mins.
- Add garlic paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes and xanthan gum mixture, stir until sauce starts to thicken.
- Remove pan from heat
- Add beef (With juices), broccoli, scallions and sesame seeds.
- Stir until combined.
- Serve.
