  • 250 ml Double cream
  • 250 g Cream cheese
  • 70 g Erythitol
  • 1 tub Sour cream
  • 1 satchet Hartley's Low Cal/Sugar Free Jelly Powder Whichever flavour you want
  • 1/2 pint Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence


  • Boil up water and add the jelly powder, set to the side and let it cool down.
  • Meanwhile, add cream to a bowl and whisk it to soft peaks.
  • In a separate bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla and erythitol.
  • Mix in the whipped cream.
  • Add the jelly mix and mix well with a whisk.
  • Set in the fridge for a few hours to set.
