Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
- 180 g Butter
- 200 ml White sugar
- 200 ml Icing sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 300 ml Flour
- 600 ml Oatmeal
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 100-200 g Chocolate I do half milk and half dark chocolate
Instructions
- Cream sugar, icing sugar and butter together.
- Add eggs and mix until combined.
- Add flour and baking powder, mix.
- Add oatmeal and chocolate and mix until combined.
- Spoon out a good tablespoon of mixture on grease-proof paper,
- Cook at 180 degrees C for ~5-8 mins or until they just start going golden on the outside.
- Remove from oven & let them cool on a rack before tucking in. Just be careful when moving them as they fall apart easily when hot from the oven.
