Instructions
Prepare
In a large bowl, break up crackers until fine (Can do in a bag/tea towel if preferred)
Chop parsley finely, add to bowl along with mustard, beef & egg
Mix it all together by hand
Divide into 6, mold into burger patties (~2cm thick), place on a tray/plate
Drizzle with oil, cover and put in fridge to firm up (Or freezer if short on time)
Wash your veggies & slice as desired
Cook
Preheat large griddle or frying pan on a high heat until hot, drop to medium heat
Place burgers into pan, use spatula to press down lightly
Cook on each side, 3-4 mins each (Adjust time to preference)
When burgers are nearly done, add a slice of cheddar and allow to melt
Serve
Wipe pan over with kitchen paper, half your burger buns and lightly toast in the pan
Place burger onto bottom bun, garnish onto top & serve
