Keto Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 250 ml Double cream
- 250 g Cream cheese
- 70 g Erythitol
- 1 tub Sour cream
- 1 satchet Hartley's Low Cal/Sugar Free Jelly Powder Whichever flavour you want
- 1/2 pint Water
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
Instructions
- Boil up water and add the jelly powder, set to the side and let it cool down.
- Meanwhile, add cream to a bowl and whisk it to soft peaks.
- In a separate bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla and erythitol.
- Mix in the whipped cream.
- Add the jelly mix and mix well with a whisk.
- Set in the fridge for a few hours to set.
