Reshmi Kebab

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Thighs Boneless
- 30 g Cheese Cheddar
- 50 ml Double Cream
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Minced
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Minced
- 1/2 Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- Fresh Coriander
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.
- Mix cream, ginger, garlic, corriander, nutmeg, turmeric, salt, pepper and cheese together.
- Cover chicken in the mix, allow to marinate for 30 mins.
- Skewer the chicken (Or leave loose if preferred)
- Pan fry the chicken until cooked through.
- Drizzle lime juice over it and serve.
