Fried Creamy Cabbage & Bacon

Ingredients

  • 200 g Cabbage
  • 100 g Marscapone
  • 50 g Bacon Chopped
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste

Instructions

  • Boil cabbage in salted water until tender.
  • Drain cabbage and set aside.
  • Add bacon to pan and fry until cooked through (With a teaspoon of oil if required).
  • Return cabbage to pan and fry for 3-5 mins.
  • Add butter, salt & pepper, stir well.
  • Add marscapone, mix well over a medium heat until creamy.
  • Allow to thicken slightly (2-5 mins).
  • Serve.
